Who we are

Her Gravity is a brand of Oppila Oy (Business ID 2796982-3), Finland. Oppila Oy is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect and why

When you join the email list we collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We use them only to send you the Her Gravity letter and, now and then, news about Her Gravity products. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the sign-up form and can withdraw at any time. We keep a record of when you signed up and that you gave consent, so we can show it if needed.

If you buy something, we process the details needed to deliver your purchase and keep the accounting records the law requires.

Who processes the data

• Pinball (website, forms and email list) stores the list on our behalf.
• Resend delivers the emails on our behalf, using its EU sending region.
• Stripe processes payments if you buy something. We never see or store your card details.
• This site loads its fonts from the jsDelivr content delivery network, which receives your IP address as part of delivering the files.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, the transfer relies on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep your list details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Purchase records are kept as long as Finnish accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or just write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

Cookies

We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site. The platform may record basic page-view statistics and set strictly necessary technical cookies so that the pages and forms work.
